Set-Up:
Traders are welcome to start setting up their tables during these times:
Friday 17th October 2025 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
Hall will be locked at 6:30pm.
Saturday 18th October 2025 from 7am to 9:30am.
Pack-up: Between 4pm & 5pm.
There is one Drop Zone area for the Ribbonwood Centre for Traders use. 2 cars should be able to share it at one time. It has a 5-10 minute limit. If you have your own trolley, you are welcome to just park anywhere in the carpark to unload your car.

The Traders Entrance gate will be locked at 9:30 am on the fair day and reopened at 4pm for pack-up. If you need to exit between these times please use the main front door and remember to wear your traders badge so you can get back in easily.
